Each day will be different, but they all follow a gentle rhythm aligned with our ethos and principles. Little ones can expect singing, circle time, movement and shared experiences such as cooking and preparing snack.

Encouraging curiosity

& connection

At Little Elves + Fairies, we’ve created a homely, calming environment where every child is supported to feel safe, seen, and celebrated. Rooted in the rhythm of the seasons, our woodland nursery and forest school invite children to grow through hands-on exploration, imaginative play, and meaningful connection with the natural world.

From splashing in puddles and building dens to helping care for animals on the farm, each day offers something new to discover. Our nurturing team encourages curiosity, confidence, and kindness, allowing children to feel deeply connected to themselves, each other, and the environment around them.

We believe learning is at its best when it feels like an adventure and here, every day is just that.

A TYPICAL

DAY

A typical day at Little Elves + Fairies starts with a walk and play in nature, feeding the farm animals, watering plants and exploring our beautiful surroundings. Circle time follows with singing, rhythm and rhyme. Children might help with snack or lunch prep, such as vegetable chopping or cheese grating, and any cleaning up. Free play and morning activities continue for the rest of the morning until lunch. Afternoons include stories, sewing, puzzles, games and free play.
