Pregnancy is a time of huge transition and with so much noise coming at you from all angles, it’s ok to slow down, to take stock, and to share where you’re at without fear of judgement or a monsoon of unsolicited advice. Join us in circle every other Tuesday evening, as we hold space for you, exactly as you are.
After the circle there will be space for discussion and reflection, followed by a blissful relaxation so you can head home feeling deeply nourished. Herbal soothing tea provided.

Join us, in circle every other week as we honour all that the fourth trimester brings. The tears, the exhaustion, the love, the joy, the worry…all of it is welcome - all of you are welcome.
Our time together will start with a relaxing tea and circle, where you can share without judgement. This will be followed by gentle relaxation and mindfulness exercises designed to nourish both you and your new baby.

Last Wednesday of every month | 8pm-9:30pm
A circle is a space for self-reflection, sisterhood and rest, free of judgement for women to share their wisdom and experiences. There will be beautiful rituals, discussion, music, intention-setting.
These circles are for women of all ages and stages and include meditation, supporting discussion and connection. Each month we will discuss a different topic, the best way to get the most out of circle is to attend each month, don't worry if you cannot make them all.
First Friday of Every Month | 7:00pm
Start your month in a positive way, join us for an evening of Meditation, breath work, and affirmations to let go of limiting beliefs and negative thoughts. We are going to set our intentions for the month and be in this moment to heal and manifest.
You will feel more inner peace, more calm, more connected to your heart and soul, more alive.

Why not come and join Zoe from Waves to Well-being this Easter to learn about the magic of crystals. Not just pretty sparkly gems, crystals hold so much power within them.
With a gentle meditation and breathing exercises to begin with to help calm the mind and some positive affirmations at the end.
This workshop will be one of fun and laughter, and one to make new friends.
Thursdays | 9:30am - 10:15am
These classes encourage creativity by using a blend of movement, music, props, rhythm and play. We create multi-sensory environments where babies and toddlers can explore movement and dance with their whole bodies and all their senses.
Every baby’s journey is different; therefore our classes overlap ages and developmental milestones.
