WHAT WE’RE OFFERING
West Moors FarmFest is pleased to offer a one-off charity grant of 20 % of funds raised at the 2026 Festival (up to a maximum of £600) to a local school, voluntary or community organisation doing fantastic work in our community.
ABOUT WEST MOORS FARMFEST
West Moors FarmFest is an annual not-for-profit, family-friendly festival raising funds for local charities, including Sturts Community Trust. Join us on Saturday 6th June 2026 at Sturts Farm for a brilliant day of live music, delicious food and drink, fun kids’ activities, and community spirit — all for a good cause.
Funds raised through the event will be distributed as follows:
80 % of total funds raised go towards vital charity projects.
20 % (up to £600) is distributed as a charity grant to support a local organisation.
WHO IS THE CHARITY GRANT FOR?
This grant is open to:
Schools
Small voluntary or community organisations
Local groups providing valuable community support
Examples include food banks, breakfast clubs, youth groups, scout or brownie groups, and similar organisations.

Charitable status and/or registration details (if applicable)
Detailed Information
A summary of your group’s mission and background
Total annual income and expenditure
Staff and volunteer details (if relevant)
Key people involved (if new or recently established)
Project Budget
A clear, costed budget in GBP (£) showing how the grant will be spent
The budget must match the amount you are applying for
List individual costs and explain how each supports your project or initiative
Please note: If your application is successful, we may request a recent bank statement as part of verification before grant payment is issued (grant payments are not made into personal accounts).
WHO IS NOT ELIGIBLE TO APPLY?
The following are not eligible for this grant:
Individuals
Profit-making organisations
Community Interest Companies (CICs) with shares
CICs with guarantee status that are less than 2 years old
The grant is also not available to organisations that:
Deny the human rights of others
Are involved in cruelty or subjugation of animals
Promote or coerce changes in beliefs, proselytise, or restrict free speech
Harbor discrimination, prejudice, aggression, or oppression
Fail to demonstrate environmental responsibility in their activities
APPLICATION DEADLINE:
Applications must be received by 31st March 2026, 11:59 pm.
Successful applicants will be contacted via email. The chosen charity partner will be announced by 31st May 2026 on our website and social media channels.
