What Are Day Opportunities?

Our day opportunities are tailored for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and varying support needs, offering structured, supportive placements across our working enterprise. From working in the farm shop and kitchen, to hands-on activities in the market garden, farm, or creative workshops, individuals are fully immersed in real-life roles where they can learn, contribute, and thrive.

A Workshop for Every Skill

We offer a wide range of workshops designed to build skills, confidence, and independence:

Farm Shop & Customer Service
Learn retail skills, stock management, and front-of-house service in a real shop setting.
Kitchen & Deli
Support the preparation of seasonal meals, food safety, and teamwork in a busy kitchen.
Market Garden
Sow, grow, and harvest organic produce while learning about sustainability and nature.
Animal Care (Farm & Small Animals)
Help care for cows, hens, pigs, goats and more – supporting animal welfare routines.
Creative Workshop
Express yourself through arts, crafts, and product-making for our shop and events.

Each workshop is guided by experienced team members who provide active, person-centred support, whether in group settings or on a 1:1 basis.

We understand that everyone learns and works differently, which is why we tailor our support around the individual. Some people join us with specific goals – like gaining confidence, preparing for supported employment, or building friendships – while others simply enjoy being part of a purposeful routine.
