​Shakti Dance is a practice inspired by the wisdom of yoga, combining the awareness of your body, mind and spirit. It uses yoga postures (asanas), different dance styles and free movement. On an energetic level, Shakti Dance helps to develop your intuition, to release blocks in your energy system and to experience mystical states.

Magdalena's Shakti Dance workshops are enriched by her oroginal music, singing and playing different instruments. She also combines it with the Gene Keys, shamanism, astrology, I-Ching and personal development, taking you on a very special and personal spiritual journey.

At the end of Shakti Dance session you are invited for the deep sound relaxation provided by Magdalena's angelic voice and her magical instruments, including the hammer dulcimer. Lisa will hold calming meditations and you will enjoy a reiki healing experience supercharging those energetic vibrations.
