There’s something incredibly special happening at Gullivers—and it’s all because of you.

Over the past year, our fresh, biodynamic, grass-fed milk has become a much-loved staple for many of you in the local community. We’ve been blown away by how quickly it sells out—sometimes faster than we can get it from the field to the fridge! And while that’s an amazing problem to have, it’s also meant that some customers have gone home without any milk, which we never want.

So here’s the exciting news: we’re growing our dairy herd!

Thanks to the overwhelming support of our local community, we’re investing in more dairy cows to increase our milk production. These beautiful animals will be raised on our biodynamic pastures with the same care and principles we’ve always followed—healthy soil, happy cows, and honest food. But as with all good things in farming, this takes time. It will be around 13 months before our new cows begin producing milk that makes its way into our shop. We’re asking for your patience—and continued support—while we prepare for this next chapter.
