Discover the Activities at West Moors FarmFest 2026

There’s so much to explore at this year’s  and we’re excited to share just some of the activities families can enjoy across the day. From woodland adventures and creative workshops to tractor rides, circus fun and meeting our farm animals, FarmFest 2026 is shaping up to be our biggest and most exciting event yet.

Whether your little ones love getting muddy outdoors, being creative, exploring the farm or simply enjoying the festival atmosphere, there’s something for everyone to enjoy throughout the afternoon.

Step Into the Survival Village

One of the highlights of this year’s FarmFest is our woodland-based Survival Village, hidden amongst the trees and packed with adventure.

Children can explore woodland activities including den building, Nerf Wars, storytelling, metal detecting and more throughout the day. The Survival Village has been designed to encourage imagination, outdoor play and hands-on experiences in a relaxed woodland setting.

For children wanting even more adventure, there will also be paid woodland experiences including spear making, fire lighting and woodwork sessions where they can create something to take home with them.

Perfect for adventurous children, explorers and families wanting to experience a different side of FarmFest.

Get Creative Throughout the Day

Creativity will be found right across the festival with activities for children of all ages to enjoy.

Families can enjoy:

  • Badge making

  • Flower crown workshops

  • Fairies & Dragons crafts

  • Face painting

  • Circus skills inside the Big Top

Whether your child loves getting messy, dressing up or trying something completely new, there’ll be plenty of opportunities to get involved and make memories together.
