Wild Spirit Kids was created to offer exactly that: a gentle, nature-rooted holiday club where children can breathe, play freely and reconnect with the magic of childhood.

Founded by a local mum who wanted something more for her own children—and for other working families—Wild Spirit Kids offers a thoughtful alternative to fast-paced, highly structured holiday activities.

“I wanted to create a place where children have freedom, attention and time,” she explains. “A place where every child is genuinely known and cared for.”

Space to slow down

At Wild Spirit Kids, the days are intentionally spacious.

Children might spend their time creating art, trying gentle yoga and movement, following a nature quest, making woodland crafts, listening to stories or becoming completely absorbed in their own imaginative games.

There is no pressure to compete and no need to rush from one activity to the next. Small groups and high staff-to-child ratios mean each child can follow their interests while always having the support and supervision of a caring adult.

That freedom is an important part of the experience. One child may want to join a group activity while another would prefer to quietly create, explore or observe for a while. Both are welcome.

The calming magic of the outdoors

There is something special about watching children settle into an outdoor space.

“Being outdoors slows everything down,” says the founder of Wild Spirit Kids. “You can see children’s imaginations open, their confidence grow and their whole bodies begin to relax.”

Surrounded by fields, trees, animals and open sky at Gulliver’s Enterprises, children have room to explore without feeling overwhelmed. The natural environment is not simply the backdrop to the day—it becomes part of the adventure.

A fallen leaf can inspire a piece of art. A pathway can become the beginning of a quest. A quiet moment beneath a tree can offer exactly the pause a child needs.

Nature provides endless possibilities, without asking children to perform or produce a particular result.

Gullivers Enterprises feels like a natural home for Wild Spirit Kids.

Wild Spirit Kids welcomes children aged 5–11 and is particularly well suited to those who thrive in kind, creative environments.

It can be especially valuable for sensitive or imaginative children, quieter children who may need time to settle, or anyone who would benefit from a break from the noise, pressure and overstimulation of everyday life.

Because the groups are kept small, nobody disappears into the crowd. The team takes time to get to know every child, helping them feel safe enough to join in at their own pace.

“If your child needs space, kindness and freedom, they’ll love it,” the founder says. “Even the shy ones settle beautifully.”
