We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Barista to join our growing team and help create memorable experiences for every customer who walks through our doors. Whether you're an experienced barista or someone with a passion for hospitality and a willingness to learn, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role
As a Barista, you will play an important part in delivering excellent customer service and high-quality drinks while helping maintain a welcoming and vibrant cafe environment.
Prepare high-quality coffees, teas and speciality drinks.
Create a warm and friendly experience for every customer.
Take orders and handle payments accurately.
Support the smooth running of the coffee station and front of house.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
Assist with the preparation and presentation of cakes, pastries and light refreshments.
Help promote seasonal drinks, specials and new products.
Support colleagues across the Farm Shop & Kitchen when required.
Work positively alongside the people we support and help create an inclusive environment.

How to Apply
desirable but not essential
Previous barista experience.
Experience within hospitality, retail or food service.
Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and milk texturing.
Food Safety Level 2 qualification.
Full training can be provided for the right person.
